O.M. MANAGEMENT TRAININGS

DOT Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training

DOT’s Reasonable Suspicion Training requirement specifies that supervisors who oversee employees performing safety sensitive functions under any DOT agency need to know what to look for and what to do if an employee is under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.

O.M. Management’s DOT Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion Training meets DOT Regulation, 49 CFR Part 40 and each training is tailored to either FAA, FMCSA, FTA, FRA, PHMSA, or USCG.

The trainings meet DOT requirements of 60 minutes on substance abuse and 60 minutes on alcohol misuse (60 additional minutes on post-accident for FRA).

Supervisors attending the training will be better equipped to recognize the signs and symptoms of probable drug and/or alcohol misuse, document their findings, and make the necessary testing determinations.
